However, it is definitely possible for the Dragons to lose. Disrupting their flow over a seven-plus map series will be a monumental task. They have already beaten quite a few strong contenders in convincing fashion. Evidently, they have a clear advantage over the other teams in this tournament. While the Reign are worthy title contenders, it is difficult to see anyone surpassing the Dragons. If the Reign keep playing the way they have the last couple of days, anything is possible. And when the rest of the roster offers strong support, this team is tough to beat. Their diverse hero pools and playmaking potential can keep Atlanta in any match. Se-hyun ‘Pelican’ Oh and Kai ‘Kai’ Collins are capable of making numerous impactful swaps. The Reign are far more adaptable than they once were.Īside from showing competence on numerous compositions, their mid-game adaptations are strong. But what some opponents have learned the hard way is this not the only thing they’re good at. Primarily, the Reign have utilized rush compositions. What gives the Reign a chance of winning this match is their general comfort in the meta. Petja ‘Masaa’ Kantanen’s veteran leadership leads the way while Xander ‘Hawk’ Domecq continues to make underrated plays. On the other side of it is their less flashy but equally as important stabilizers. The DPS line plus Seung-hyun ‘Ir1s’ Kim usually make the big kills happen. Not even the biggest Reign supporters expected them to make the Grand Finals during the Preseason. Now it’s matter of executing one final time. They have proven time and time again they are worthy. Generally speaking, the Dragons have all the tools they need. Min-chul ‘Izayaki’ Kim making consistent plays on Zenyatta and Ana is important as well. ![]() Lip and Byung-sun ‘Fleta’ Kim’s follow up is a major key. The coordination between the tanks and DPS must continue to be perfect. However, it’s not just up to Lip to finish this championship run. If he continues to farm EMPs and make key individual hacks down the stretch, Shanghai should be in great shape. Lip’s level of play on a pivotal meta hero like Sombra has put his team over the top. The last few days have shown how hungry they are. ![]() It’s poetic almost that they are now part of the Grand Finals. After having their infamous 0-40 campaign back in 2018, they have continuously shown progress. Stockburn and his deputies gun him down, and Stockburn sends a message that he wants Preacher to meet him in town the next morning. Spider Conway, one of the miners and Coy's former partner, discovers a large gold nugget in the dry creek bed and rides into town with his teenage sons, where he yells drunken abuse at LaHood from the street. Coy gives him a rough description of the Preacher, which startles Stockburn, because the man Coy is describing is dead. Stockburn and his deputies arrive in LaHood. Preacher arrives on horseback, disarms Joshua and shoots him through the hand. Megan rides into LaHood's camp, where Joshua shows her the blasting operation before he attempts to rape her. LaHood's men dam the creek forcing the miners to mine a dry bed. Megan angrily assumes Preacher is really in love with Sarah. Megan expresses her love for Preacher, but he gently rebuffs her. The miners ultimately reject LaHood's offer, despite Preacher warning them about Stockburn. The sorcery is probably the sorcery that needs the most forethought and awareness when you use it. The spell can also be blocked, deflected, and consumed entirely by other classes dropping your damage off a cliff with little to no warning. The damage fall off and spread make it close to useless at most ranges beyond close where all other gauntlets are just as effective besides Conduit and Frost. The gauntlet spell begs new and old players to spam it but in reality spamming it is the exact opposite of what you should do with it. Next is probably what everyone reading this would argue with me for days over, but is clear in this list the Toxicologist. The Tempest class focuses on mobility and kiting your opponent so the class forces you to work on your spacing, evasivness, and decision making. Thats potentially its only flaw being so useful using it for a single reason just feels like a waste. The sorcery is also somewhat spammable but often times you'll regret spamming it wishing you used it for something else. You are almost always better off having a high damage offhand and using that as your primary source of damage. However its difficult to do anything damage-wise with it solely as its damage is low and the falloff range is very close and steep. It has an element of spam with its spell firing fast and having a very forgiving hitbox. Stone, Pyro, and Conduit fall into the half of classes I would generalize as the spam classes. The conduit class itself just lends into the gauntlets strengths giving flat damage and utility in very simple passive abilities. The recent change to its hitbox made hitting it very reliable for anyone who can center the cast. The sorcery is nice as a spam tool for free 20 damage unless your opponent actively dodges or you wiff. The spell is much harder to hit with but dedicated players and anyone who uses slow-to-medium fire rate rifles in other shooter games will feel right at home here. Ultimately both are very effective in the hands of a skilled player and a player who simply spams their abilities. The Pyro sorcery is also not entirely hard to handle as it covers a large area and lasts for a long time granting the caster multiple avenues for playstyle. Pyro's spell is very similar to other games rocket launcher making it feel familiar but it fires faster. ![]() Stone the class however does include unique mana and shield management mechanics that make the class and guantlet somewhat difficult at higher levels of play. Stone's spell and sorcery requires simple timing and aiming straight ahead. Stone and Pyro are generally considered the easiest. The versions have nothing whatsoever to do with quality. If you definitely wanted all the instruments it would be the best value.Īll three versions sound exactly the same on the presets. You'll know that way you'll have the best of all of it, even if you're not going to use it all. Pro I suggest will only benefit those who are really hardcore piano modelling enthusiasts and computer enthusiasts but also synth geeks, or piano tuners, or simply professional musicians who wish to tune the sound on each and every key to the nth degree.Īs I say you can already change the sound a great deal in Stage, and substantially more in standard.Īlternatively if you like absolutely all the instruments and are well heeled just go for the package with all the instruments and Pro and be done with it. If you're a seasoned pianist or somebody who really likes tinkering buy Standard, if you are just starting out and want the best piano starter pack out there get Stage. You can manipulate the sound a lot in Stage, but Standard now has significant benefits in layering, morphing and microphone positioning, along with other mechanical properties of the pianos, and other instruments. I would encourage absolute beginners to actually buy Stage! Are there are other factors I'm not seeing that says, "Just order the pro version now?" It is only $150 delta but that could mean a net increase of one piano pack if I go with the standard version. Input please, in layman's terms, of why I should buy the pro version outright rather than taking a stepped approach. But then, like I said, I don't know what I don't know. It appears there are no financial penalties for upgrading from standard to pro later, should I need to do so. I've looked at the matrix and to my knowledge I don't think I will need note-per-note edit or overtone edit, nor do I anticipate a need for 192 khz sampling. I am not sure I truly understand the nuances between the standard and pro versions. ![]() I am new to Pianoteq and looking to purchase a product. ![]() The dark mode aspect of the redesign has really helped me focus more on the document rather than the tools. ![]() In this setup, the Airport Express works flawlessly as a wireless bridge. Streaming Netflix on my Xbox only delivered 2 bars, Xbox Live frequently would not connect, and connection tests reported a lot of packet loss. This was perplexing, because I' ve been using the DIR-655 with a couple of Macbook Pros without any of these issues. After a lot of frustration, I grabbed the Airport Extreme I hadn' t yet returned to Amazon and used that as my AP. Turns out, that doesn' t work! So, I fell back on the express. When paired up with my DIR-655 set to N-Only wireless, within line of sight of the unit, and configured as a Wireless-to-Ethernet bridge. So, I ordered an Airport Express and an Airport Extreme from Amazon, hoping that I could use the Extreme as a wireless-to-ethernet bridge. Moving into our new house, I' m unable to wire the spot we picked out to place our Home Theater setup. Hopefully Apple will come out with the next one soon and it will be awesome, but so far I am disappointed in paying a premium for a product that does not outperform competition. Airplay is nice, but there are cheaper alternatives and you do have to run a Ethernet cord from your router to the device to do anything at all, so beware of that. If you want to use it as a router, I would not recommend it unless you know your shit about setting up wireless networks. Considering it's the same cost as a wireless printer, maybe it's not the best fiscal choice, but that's up to you to decide. I love the Airplay aspect, but I actually got some speakers, transmitters and receivers for Sony's S-Air technology for just over $100 on ebay so I have been using that more when I want to play loud music. If you want Airplay and wireless printing, this device is awesome. So I have it set up as a participant in the wifi network, and the main function is wireless printing. Even when I try to use it just as an extension of my 2.4 GHz network it drags down my devices and makes it so I can't connect at times. ![]() After going home and experimenting, I got the printing set back up, Airplay working flawlessly, but the router function still sucks. They switched out my refurb Airport Express for a new one, without any receipts or anything, it was kind of weird. I went to the Apple store and told them of the Airplay problems. The router function was slow, my pc would disconnect, it was difficult to have more than 2 devices connected at once (PS3, PC, iPhone) and not have any problems. 5 seconds would go by and then it would come on again, but this constantly happened. With the Airplay I would be playing a song, rocking out and then 40 seconds later I would get silence. Printing worked, router performed poorly and Airplay would skip and pause during play. I bought it refurb from Apple online to begin with so my investment was only $75 instead of the $100 for a new one. I bought it to replace my router, have wireless printing and use Airplay as a bonus. Overall I am happy to have this product, but disappointed because it wasn't cheap. The APE has it's limits, but for the most part it works great, I have certainly been very happy with it for years now. But stability was an issue and I got tired of the thing crashing all the time. It had a few more features, such as a secondary ethernet port, etc. I am not using the streaming audio functionality either. There was only one comparable travel router from Linksys a few years back and it has long since discontinued. I am sure the APE would make a capable home router as well, certainly fine for a smaller place and if all your devices are WiFi (since it doesn't have any "downstream" network ports). I don't have to deal with logging into the hotel WiFi with every device, and if the place happens to charge for access, then one payment gets all my toys on the internet. Many hotels still have Network ports in the guest rooms (at least the nicer hotels do it seems) and with one network cable and the APE I have my own private WiFi network for all my other devices. It is small enough that I can easily pack it and the built-in power plug means one less cable to deal with. I am using the AirPort Express as a travel router for my business trips. |
